ISO 105 G03 Fabric Color Fastness Testing Ozone Test Chamber
Product introduce
The tester is used to test color fastness of fabrics when they are exposed to ozone. The instrument consists of an ozone generator, a fan, a baffle, a sample holder, and a sample compartment. The ozone generator can discharge through the grid using a high voltage transformer. The generator is placed in front of the low pressure fan. The ozone generator injects ozone into the test chamber. The sample holder is a separate clip mounted on the wire slip ring and can be used for samples of various sizes.

Textiles — Tests for colour fastness — Part G03: Colour fastness to ozone in the atmosphere
ISO 105-G03, part of the ISO 105 series of standards for testing color fastness to textiles, specifically addresses the color durability of textiles in ozone environments. This standard specifies methods for evaluating the resistance of textile colors and dyes to ozone under controlled conditions, simulating the effects of atmospheric ozone. Other related standards, such as AATCC 109 (American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists), can serve as supplementary references.
Application
Material Types: Natural fiber fabrics (such as cotton, linen, wool, and silk), synthetic fiber fabrics (such as polyester, nylon, acrylic, and spandex), blended fabrics, and other composite or functional textile materials.
Processing Types: Dyed, printed, coated, untreated, natural-colored fabrics, and textiles with special post-treatments (such as stain-resistant and water-repellent functional fabrics).
Product Types: Apparel (daily wear, outdoor clothing, and sportswear), home textiles (curtains, bed sheets, towels, and tablecloths), industrial textiles (tents, canvas, and filter materials), automotive interior textiles, and other textile products that come into contact with the human body or the environment.
