Product introduce


The tester is used to test color fastness of fabrics when they are exposed to ozone. The instrument consists of an ozone generator, a fan, a baffle, a sample holder, and a sample compartment. The ozone generator can discharge through the grid using a high voltage transformer. The generator is placed in front of the low pressure fan. The ozone generator injects ozone into the test chamber. The sample holder is a separate clip mounted on the wire slip ring and can be used for samples of various sizes.

ISO 105-G03, part of the ISO 105 series of standards for testing color fastness to textiles, specifically addresses the color durability of textiles in ozone environments. This standard specifies methods for evaluating the resistance of textile colors and dyes to ozone under controlled conditions, simulating the effects of atmospheric ozone. Other related standards, such as AATCC 109 (American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists), can serve as supplementary references.

Feature


1.The equipment is equipped with a high-efficiency ozone generator, controller, closed-loop ozone concentration control and a rotating sample holder which can accommodate 24 samples. Through simple settings, pre-set parameters and current parameters can be displayed on the screen, thus the controllability of the device and the accuracy of the test results can be improved.

2.The microcomputer control system is more efficient and reliable. The programmable 7-inch color LCD touch screen can realize control,detection, calculation, data,display and other functions.

3.The stainless steel test box is equipped with a large UV-proof glass viewing window and can be used for closed-loop ozone concentration control. The rotating sample holder can hold up to 24 samples. The LED test box internal light with auto off function improves the observation effect of the test.

4.The tester is equipped with a highly efficient ozone generator and equipped with an HMOS sensor. When the ozone concentration is 5 ppm, the control accuracy is ±20%. It is also equipped with a durable counter. When the test box is fully loaded, it can reach an ozone concentration of 5ppm in about 5 minutes, with the maximum amount can reach 1000pphm
